In most developing countries, the agricultural industry has potential to alleviate poverty at a faster rate compared other sectors. As such, many governments have initiated policies and programme improve performance. However, some of these projects not achieved success because local markets are often controlled by small group stakeholders who tend hide information in market despite having huge power.
